New Owner’s Statement

There is a new Owner’s Statement available for you to download and add to your Mail Merge Template library!

This new Owner’s Statement includes a more detailed breakdown of the Operating Reserve with an enhanced layout. To get the new Owner’s Statement setup in your account:

1. Download the form
2. Log into your Propertyware account
3. Click the Setup button in the upper right corner of any page
4. Click the Mail Merge Templates link from the Templates section of the sidebar
5. Click the Add Template button at the top of the page
6. Select Owners Statement from the dropdown menu, enter a description, and click the Browse button to locate the new template on your PC
7. Click the Submit button below
8. The new template will now be available from the Management tab where you can print an Owner’s Statement.
